Das Wechselmodell, auch parit\u00e4tisches Wechselmodell genannt, beschreibt eine Betreuungsform nach Trennung oder Scheidung, bei der beide Elternteile ihr Kind zu gleichen Teilen betreuen.<\/p>\n

Ein parit\u00e4tisches Wechselmodell kann entweder durch eine einvernehmliche Regelung der Eltern oder durch eine gerichtliche Entscheidung im Rahmen eines Umgangsverfahrens festgelegt werden. Voraussetzung ist jedoch immer, dass das Kindeswohl gewahrt bleibt.<\/p>\n

Daf\u00fcr m\u00fcssen in der Regel folgende Bedingungen erf\u00fcllt sein:<\/p>\n

  • Erziehungsf\u00e4higkeit beider Elternteile:<\/strong> Beide m\u00fcssen in der Lage sein, das Kind angemessen zu betreuen und zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/li>\n
  • Kooperations- und Kommunikationsf\u00e4higkeit:<\/strong> Eine funktionierende Abstimmung im Alltag ist unerl\u00e4sslich.<\/li>\n
  • Stabile Bindung zum Kind:<\/strong> Das Kind sollte zu beiden Elternteilen eine verl\u00e4ssliche Beziehung haben.<\/li>\n
  • Geringe Konfliktintensit\u00e4t:<\/strong> Anhaltende Streitigkeiten oder Loyalit\u00e4tskonflikte k\u00f6nnen dem Modell entgegenstehen.<\/li>\n

    Damit ein Wechselmodell als \u201eparit\u00e4tisch\u201c gilt, m\u00fcssen die Betreuungsanteile nahezu gleich verteilt sein.<\/p>\n

    Eine Aufteilung von 50:50 stellt den Idealzustand dar. Geringf\u00fcgige Abweichungen \u2013 etwa 48 % zu 52 % \u2013 werden in der Regel noch akzeptiert.<\/p>\n

    Sobald die Verteilung jedoch deutlich auseinandergeht, beispielsweise bei 55 % zu 45 %, liegt kein echtes Wechselmodell mehr vor. In solchen F\u00e4llen wird der Elternteil mit dem geringeren Betreuungsanteil in der Regel
